(Strugatsky Brothers website) NOTES This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems? Who's dead or who's not?。为了帮好姐妹常玲（徐爱心饰）出一口气，率性果敢的女孩夏小雨（许慧欣饰）一路杀到了宝岛台湾。她的目标很明确，那就是找到让常玲心痛欲绝的男子郑擎光（修杰楷饰）。有道是机缘巧合，小雨在超市见义勇为抓劫匪，谁知居然抓住了郑擎光的双胞胎兄弟郑擎天（修杰楷饰），而后者所经营的民宿恰巧是小雨在苗栗所要住的地方。小雨的到来引起一直喜欢擎天的台湾女孩李村妹（小娴饰）和郭承美（梁瀞文饰），她们自然要想尽办法捍卫自己的爱情。与此同时，钟情于夏小雨的富二代郝大风（梁正群饰）也尾随来到了台湾。 几组青年男女相互交错，演绎出一段段浪漫而又充满欢笑的爱情故事……。
