The film introduces bands such as Silly, Chicorée, San...。此剧讲述一群对排球充满热情的高中女生组成女子排球队，历经挫折，在艰苦磨练中茁壮成长。故事在歌颂友谊和青春，上户彩在剧中便被莫逆之交出卖；而进入了代表队的成员，要接受地狱式的集训，不合格的会被拖离场馆！但队员最后发挥出团队精神，中间经历的成长，令观众更感受到她们对排球的热诚及友谊的可贵。剧中上户彩就读的学校名叫“富士见学院”，所以差不多每一集也会看到富士山的壮观景色。。
