暮蟬鳴泣時》故事從昭和58年（1983年）6月開始，男主角前原圭一搬到人口不到2000人的小鎮雛見澤村開始新生活，在此結識同學龍宮蕾娜、園崎魅音、北條沙都子、古手梨花等人，成為社團好友。但是在這小鎮，卻有著前原圭一所不知道的過去......事件也就此揭開序幕。《暮蟬鳴泣時卒》故事將會延續《暮蟬鳴泣時業》，看似與過去相同輪迴的雛見澤，在不知不覺中發生了變化。。Student Jane jobs as an assistant for the animal researcher Phillip in a lonesome old house.
