土登年幼进寺院出家，在宗教的世界里接触了艺术，开始学习了众多表演形式。他在西藏和平解放后离开了寺庙，加入歌舞团开始闪耀于新时代的舞台。他把藏语版《逛新城》首次唱响在西藏。他把传统说唱《格萨尔王传》首次搬上舞台，并带给了世界的观众。从艺七十年，他创作演出了近500个深受观众喜爱的节目。在西藏这片广袤的土地上，没有人比他走的更远，足迹更广。他歌他舞，把欢乐带给人民。他是中国曲艺牡丹奖终身成就奖的获得者，他是西藏著名表演艺术家。这部传记纪录片，表现了这位八十多岁的耄耋老人不平凡的一生。。ARIMA It is the story of four women and a girl who- se existence is disrupted by the sudden arrival of two strangers.
