Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。南湾村在淮河的下游，过去因为受淮河闹水灾的影响，村里的一片良田变成了水荡。土地改革后，南湾村里的农民虽然分得了土地，但村里的稻田少、荡田多，农业生产还是很落后的。村长吉春林为村民着想，提出把水荡改成稻田。民兵队队长和他的妻子翠莲都很支持他。富农孔炳源为了自己的生意，拉拢了村长的岳父邰有才，并暗中挑拨农民把荡田改成藉田。吉春林在党的领导和群众的帮助下，解决了重重困难。。
