《木曜4超玩》（英语：Muyao 4 Super Playing），是由麦卡贝网路电视制作并直播的节目。2015年3月5日首播，每周四的晚间21:00 - 23:00进行直播，每周五更新YouTube，加上不定期的YouTube木曜直播。主持人为邰智源及林柏昇(KID), 2017年中尾泱泱及温妮升格为固定来宾，加上制作人陈百祥，进入四大金刚呈百祥时期。原为电玩综艺节目，转型后以“一日体验各行各业”系列闻名。2018年11月13日，YouTube订阅人数达到一百万，成为台湾第一个破百万订阅的网路实境综艺节目。－－资料来源：中文维基。Yoo-ra suffers from nightmares every night.
